Description and Review

The InMotion V8 unicycle is an awesome ride that functions at the ease of your movement. With a speed that tops the list of electric rides, you’ll get more than just attention from many. You will get speed that outruns most of its competitors. We have thoroughly reviewed the Inmovtion v8 E-Unicycle and it has quickly become one of the offices favorites.

Features

With the use of InMotion V8, you’ll get to the train station or the bus station twice as fast than riding a bicycle. Plus, you won’t have to drag a huge bike around just to get in the transportation. We all had our fair share of annoyed passengers bumping into your ride as they either take a seat or go down their stop. But the V8 is an awesome portable ride that can easily be stowed in between your legs when traveling on the bus or train. Bottom Line: The Invomtion v8 is incredibly portable, especially considering it’s powerful motor & long lasting battery.

The V8 features a 800w motor that allows you to travel up to 30 miles per charge! That’s twice as much as most electric unicycles you can get on the market. With a top speed of up to 20 mph, the V8 rivals most people’s cruising speed on a traditional bicycle. With this ride, you can cruise with much less effort and you’ll make it to your work or school right on time.

It does really well in going over bumps and crevices in the pavement. Rocky and gravelly flat ground is not a problem either, which translates into a smooth and comfortable ride no matter what terrain you encounter. Make sure to pay close attention when tackling difficult terrains or hitting top speed so you don’t get thrown off your ride.

It is relatively waterproof against shallow puddles and moderate rain but you should be careful not to ever let it be submerged in water. The V8 also features customizable LED lighting effects of your choice to add to your personal style and flair as you cruise down the pavement. It offers great support for people weighing up to 250 pounds no matter which angle, but not necessarily on any terrain. It can run top speed on pavement but definitely slows down in off-road conditions. ( This is perfectly normal )

Furthermore, it has a very easy to use app to manage your speed, which allows you to set a top speed, a limiter that makes the machine cut back when the speed and tilt is going too far off for the safety of the rider & it also controls your music. Awesome, right?

Strengths

Power! Power! Power! The InMotion V8 unicycle can run a top speed of 20 miles per hour. The motor is really strong and it can cover great mileage with lesser hassle and time as well. The V8 has a very smooth ride, despite light bumps and cracks on the road and even as a heavier rider – you will still get a smooth, clean ride. It also comes with good performance, nice acoustics and a customized lighting effect with every ride.

Weaknesses

With great power comes great responsibility. You should only run at top speeds in well paved areas to avoid injury. Other than the speed and losing control, the V8 does not do as well as some of it’s competitors in off-road conditions. It’s made for urban use and despite the strong and durable frame, it is still a pretty delicate machine. Unfortunately, when the battery hit 20 percent, it bogs down a bit and means you only have a few miles left on your current charge.

Awesome

By using the InMotion V8, you are guaranteed a soft, quick and easy ride to your destination. It is capable of reaching a speed of 20 miles per hour that doesn't decrease or bog down even with a heavy load. The speed can only be maximized with great care though and if you have not mastered it well, you are in for a lot of injuries, so take it slow. You are also guaranteed a gentle ride despite the speed and awesome music that rides along with you thanks to the fantastic Hi-Fi Speaker.
