Known Retailers:

Heartland America catelogs, HH Gregg & Ace Hardware stores nationwide and online at AceHardware.com, between April 2016 to March 2017.

Reason For Recall:

The Lithium-Ion battery packs are capable of overheating, smoking, catching fire or exploding.

Next Steps:

1. Stop using the product IMMEDIATELY.
2. Locate the model # on the bottom of your hoverboard.
3. Contact Tech Drift for details on how to proceed with the replacement process.
4. Consumers are entitled to a UL2272 certified replacement hoverboard.
