Reason For Recall:

The Lithium-Ion battery packs are capable of overheating, smoking, catching fire or exploding.

Next Steps:

1. Stop using the product IMMEDIATELY.
2. Locate the model # on the bottom of your hoverboard.
3. Contact Simplified Wireless for a brand new replacement.
4. A fully certified UL2272 replacement hoverboard will be shipped back to you, free of charge.  ( shipping costs may or may not apply )
